Kendall Walsh
REALTOR® and Team Lead
Kendall Walsh, a native of Columbia, S.C., joined Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate - Medley as a full-time REALTOR® in the summer of 2023. With over six years of experience in the Midlands real estate market, Kendall has gained critical experience and knowledge through her involvement in more than 200 real estate transactions.
A two-time graduate of the University of South Carolina, Kendall earned her undergraduate degree in business administration while majoring in management and marketing. She began work as an intern in the Gamecock athletics department while pursuing her graduate degree from Carolina after graduation. For nearly a decade, she worked in the athletics department and moved from intern to administrative assistant to director of stewardship and communications to becoming the first female assistant Gamecock Club director in the club’s history.
Kendall’s passion for real estate started at an early age but was realized after giving back to her alma mater. Her uncle was an independent home builder for several years in the Midlands and has been a big part of Kendall’s life.
When she’s not helping her clients buy and sell real estate, Kendall is spending time with her husband Brandon, daughter McClaine, son Gunnar and their husky, Grey.
